Meet the team

Amadu Koroma - Director

Amadu joined the team in 2026 and serves as Chair of the Bembridge, Harmon and Pelican Houses Tenants and Residents Association (TRA). He is passionate about community engagement and is deeply committed to supporting and empowering local communities. With a professional background as a science teacher, Amadu brings valuable experience in education, communication and community development.

Julie Littlejohn - Administrator

Julie Joined Lewisham Tenants Fund as the Administrator, in March 2022. Julie returned to the UK in early 2022, after living and working in South East Asia for many years. Her work experience includes International Trade & Development, and Finance.

Claudette Mortley Director Employment Liason Person

Claudette was elected a Director in 2010. Claudette is very active in her community including being an officer of her tenants association in Honor Oak. Previously Claudette was a Trustee of her local community with experience of Chairing and being a Treasurer.

Colin Connell Director

Colin was elected a Director in 2013 and is an active member of Tanners Hill TRA in Deptford. A past treasurer and Resident Engagement Panel representative.

Clive Heppolette - Director

Clive joined the LTF team in 2026 and is the Chair of the very active Somerville Tenants and Residents Association (TRA). He is passionate about giving back to the tenants of Lewisham and making a positive difference in the local community. With extensive knowledge and experience in community engagement, Clive brings valuable insight and a strong commitment to supporting tenants and strengthening community relationships.

Theresa Reid - Director

Theresa has been a Lewisham Council tenant for over 40 years and is deeply committed to tenant engagement and representation. She is actively involved in several key council panels, including Lewisham Housing Services’ Service and Performance Panel, Residents Review Panel, and the Housing Select Committee. Through these roles, Theresa brings a wealth of experience and insight into tenants’ needs, helping to ensure their voices are heard and their concerns are represented.

Nigel Bowness Director Treasurer

Nigel is Chair of Lewisham Housing Services Service and Performance Committee, a member of the Healthwatch Lewisham Advisory Board and Lewisham Disabled Peoples Commission, and an Affiliate Tutor with Greenwich University’s under and post graduate Social Work programme with a particular interest in the role of housing in health and wellbeing.
